Not really - they share the same basic engine. Different frame, seat, exhust, instrument console etc. Different upright (standard) riding position. The so called naked bike actually weighs a little more than the Busa. Both Kick ASS...

The French King is actually a modified Busa by Lazareth. He even did a Yamaha 600 to look like a B-King.
