Getting harder to start hot

11.3 V sounds low for starting. This from a brand new fully charged battery that is a higher capacity than the old battery? The injectors might need a full 12 volts, and there could be the fuel starvation that you suspect. I assume with a jump pack the voltage did not go that low? Some very smart people here are flagging this as the problem but your answers are a bit inconsistent.

11.3 was with the stock replacement battery, not the higher capacity battery. No, with jump jump box on it stays right at 12.
One thing I have noticed is if I hit the starter before the gauges finish making their sweep it starts much better.

I don't have much experience working on my Hayabusa, but lots on equipment. If you've got a hot start problem and you've got: 1) a good battery; and 2) good connections (ground, to the starter, and at the switch) -- the problem is probably the starter. Also, I always tend to suspect the starter...

I'm having the same issue....

First thing in morning, she starts rights up... after that. takes a few to get started again.

Just for an update, pulled the pump today, and this is what was inside. No idea how, but never the less it was there.
