So she loved the jacket, now all I need is the Hayabusa patch....Have you heard anything from the boss yet GSXcite?

have her make the patch and then "sew" it on.

I asked a couple leather makers about the embroidery work and they cautioned about the damage to the leather from so many "perforations" creating a weak spot in the leather should tearing forces (falling) happen... Not sure if that would happen or not but sure made me think about it..

plus you can save the patch later if you decide the jacket is toast..
