Goodbye Harley, Hello Busa

It took me a while to buy a rice rocket and now I'm kicking myself for having waited so long.  Instead of being a big sail this machine cuts through the wind like a knife through butter.  In the last 5 days I've ridden 620 fun filled miles and have to rate the experience as being as good as my wedding night.  This is an amazing machine.  The only downside is the lack of sound.  Any pointers on replacement cans for more power and noise?

As far as cans, Just depends if you want some good sound or more power or a little of both. and welcome to the board and your new addiction

OK, I'll open the can of worms.. What's the full system and do you have a SoCal shop you'd steer me to?
 
A FULL system is a completely NEW aftermarket exhaust, there are many different brands to choose from. Bolt ons will sound good, but don't add more than a couple of HP.

I'm in Nor Cal so I couldn't recommend  anyone local to you...take some time to get to know the bike and the board.

Welcome to the oRg and yes blue is the fastest color....
As far as systems go there is no shortage of choices. Just need to figure out what your overall goal is going to be and budget. With that being said here are a few of my favorites....

Welcome to the ORG. I grew up in Azusa... Enjoy the bike. Judging by your taste in cars, I am surprised it took you so long to get a Busa. Run a search here for Full Exhaust, you'll get the phone book but that is a good start for research purposes. Not sure what the warranty implications are when installing an aftermarket exhaust...

Check out Lees Cycle Service in San Diego 858-541-2080

Has a nice shop with a Dyno and can hook you up with what ever you need.
