Finally getting some time to tinker and get it ready for its first race. Which means it’s time for the build thread.

Weight completely stock (full tank of fuel) before removing anything

Did the first oil change a little over 300-miles.

Much much easier to do than the previous Gen bikes. Great job Suzuki on that. The small lower comes apart so you don’t have to remove the entire side panel…

Notice the tabs and hidden screw on the front lower in case anyone was curious how it comes apart.

May as well start weighting stuff so everyone knows where things were gained and lost…

If the rain holds off, plan to dyno Friday and see what kind of a baseline I’m working with.

Of that I have no doubts....

You can probably sniff out Ti like a blood hound....they probably have your picture up at Pro-Bolt as a charter member of the Ti club of America.....
