How can someone do something like that? I guess some cities are very rough if they go to that extreme.

Not the city's fault it's the people in it that are the problem someone calls and complains they got no choice but to go out there and deal with it..

Right, First one Ive seen in years. I had one when I was little, once. Stupid dead end street in the country really hurt my sales. Im still recovering from that failed business...

Couldn't agree more, of course I typically make contact with complainants after handling the complaint
