Congrats man, you truly are blessed. She is a Gorgeous gift. The hardest thing is walking out that door of NICU, but keep one thing in mind, as mentioned above, sleep all you can and visit whenever you have time. Do not feel guilty if you cant make it everytime you want, she is in good hands. Both my children were premature. Alexandra (7 weeks early) was born 4lbs 5oz and was in NICU for 5 weeks (hardest damn 5 weeks of my life) and Justin was 5lbs 4oz (6 weeks early), they told me he was having a hard time breathing and they didnt know if he will make it, if he did he would be in NICU for 2 months (im sure you know how bad I lost it, especially after going thru this before), he defied all the doctors and came home in 2 weeks. He is now a tank and healthy as can be. The NICU nurses will become your best friends, they will treat her like she is there own. Trust me when I say this, she is in good hands. Make sure they watch out for RSV and see if she needs RSV shots.

Congrats again,

Dave (Coach)
