Congratz! PhD? From experience - the Doctoral programs are radically different from the Masters stuff. What program is she looking at? I am in a business program; I find myself focusing on Organizational behavior, specifically Authentic as opposed to/differentiated from charismatic leadership....Thanks All!

I will likely knock out a couple of certs (PMI - PMP and Sig Sigma) in the near future.... on the company dime of course.
