Group buy for the members!

A couple of members have been in contact with me about not receiving their covers.... Not to worry folks, I've been told that the Group Buy was a little to successful! Yep, you heard right. Its my understanding we cleaned out the Mfg of product on the shelves. So, they had to play catch up with some long hours and extended days. This means you should be hearing/seeing something over the next 3-5 business days (my guess at best).... I will do some more checking today. Been away for the last 7-10 so just getting back up to speed. Again I would like to thank you the members for making this happen and I apologize up front for the delays some things just can't be forecast...
just so you all know, I have recived another 7 covers and thay are already boxed and labled. THay are goin out today so there will be 7 more people getting there covers in just a few more days.
Like Bug said, we drained the MFG stock of busa covers. Thay are in the process of making more and Im first on the list to get them once there finished. As soon as I get them Ill let ya know.

Installed this weekend! I'll have some pics by the weekend. Beautiful product.
Two words of advice on the install:
1/ DO NOT use a metal screwdriver to get the old stator cover off - the magnetism of the alternator really holds the cover on there, but using a screwdriver runs the risk of scoring the metal on the block and ruining the seal. I almost did this until I thought better about the idea.
2/ WATCH YOUR FINGERS when fitting the new cover onto the bike - the aforementioned magnets pull together very quickly + it's easy to get a finger pinched, like I did.
Other than that, easy install.

Looks like the last of the original group buy folks will be on the "Happy Camper" list shortly.... The balance of WoodCraft Covers should be shipping July 11 (Tuesday)! That means Most folks will be installing this cover next weekend! Keep posting those pictures, these covers are beautiful! Thanks again Org and Josh for a job well done.
ok guys, I need to know who hasnt gotten there cover yet..... Im sittin on a few and I need to know if I missed anyone or if anybody got the wrong one.

No hurry, when you can. If it got left off, do it on the next time you order. Don't go to any special trouble.
