Group Rides

You guys all suk... Last year my ONLY complaint (my personal complaint) was that there weren't enough group rides. Now this year, I'm not gonna be there, and you guys go and plan all this.

Just got an update on Hwy 441 through the Smokies. It is open. About a month earlier than the earliest expected date, but local media says it's back open.
 
OK, Groups rides. Someone is bringing a Chalk Board here is what I'm thinking. Thur and Fri going to be NICE. Plan two big rides. Maybe Bloodmountain Thur, and Fri, Dry Falls and Bridal Falls Ride. Or the Want if Busa showup Ride. If it's a large group we can go in Two group Novice and Advanced. Novice leave 15 mins before adv group. and We have rest stops that both group,s can meet along the ride to stop and talk take pics get a drink etc. We'll can all ride are own ride and everybody gets to ride as a group. Saturday on the other hand is calling for 60% of rain. I may go to the range I can take a couple of people i have some hands guns people can shoot. Or may go to Cherokee casino, not sure about Sat plans yet.
 
Hey Loomis or anybody that wants to answer. I'm coming up Thursday morning, probably make it there around 10:00, maybe a little sooner, what time are you pulling out for the Thursday ride? I hate to miss one of the rides on Thursday and be on my own. If someone can give me a meet or leave time and location. All I need to do when I get there is check in and drop my bags.
 
Gary we can Wait until 10ish for you. Are you riding with Robert? We can stay local for the morning and leave out from the Phillips. Thursday we'll have to see which is the shorter ride. Im think bridal falls, and Friday Bloodmountain. PM me for cell I send ya a text to be sure that your running on time for Thursday.
 
We should be there about 12 non Thursday, drop our stuff and looking for a ride, so If anyone wants to plan that and wait on us. :)

Sounds good. Robert is coming up Wednesday, I couldn't pull it off and its supposed to be raining Wednesday anyway. So I'm hitting the road around 7:00 to 7:30, takes about 2 1/2 hours or less if I hurry :laugh:
