yeah, what was said about improvements....I do the same thing. and this house has a lot of potential.

Deck off the slider, hot tub set down in the deck, finishing the basement, putting hardwood floors in the kitchen and dining room, finishing the garage, adding an outbuilding with electricity and running water....

hence the reason I'm gonna be pretty busy for the next year or so. =)
