H.I.D. Blinkers running as Running lights?

Hello all,
Is there any way to get a H.I.D. blinker?
I would like to replace the stockers with something extremely bright and white, or H.I.D.
And would it be possible to have them as running lights?

There are no HID blinker bulbs that I know of..that'd be quite expensive.

You can do the running light mod and use White LED towers instead of yellow. This will give you the bright white you are looking for.

HIDs take too long to warm up, wouldn't be practical for blinkers.
