I'd say what helps me besides what others said. Going to the gym and strengthening back and leg muscles.

ARE THE BEST. You can rest your palm on the rocker to move the throttle without your fingers at all. Nice rest break. You can use the meister cruise control to relax the whole hand.

I LOVE MINE. GET THE LARGER VS OF THE MEISTER. EASER TO MOVE W/PINKY
