...of them installed on bike? I just got some delivered from E-bay and they are looking a little flimsy. Maybe they are all that way I'm not sure.

The HArris grips will be fine on your bike...they are about 1/4" shorter than the stock grips...but that is about it...I have them on mine and had them on my R6 and I think it is just one of those little details that lets your bike stand out from others...

Did you do something to your mirrors, it looks like they have no boots?

Kev, those are EMGO carbon fiber mirrors and they come with no boot. Thought it gave the bike a more distinctive look.
