Vegas, I know about the t-shirt problem. I haven't figured a way to prevent myself from being stuck for $1,500 for the first production run, but I will.

I like a combination of all of these elements, esp. the screaming women. Maybe we can silkscreen a mugshot of PsychoJosie onto the patch somewhere....? ;-P

I like the idea of the falcon head with the wings trailing behind blurred. I believe that there should be a place where the picture of the design should be posted and a poll taken. I am well aware that not everyone will like every change. At least with a poll we could get a general consensus. I would not mind pay a fair price for excellent work as I am sure that no one would. I don't know about the falcon head being a skull though. I really woul like to see a picture.

I am also for the MC being placed on the patch. There is a club for many types of vehicles: Honda, Kawasaki, H-D.... And there are clubs for models within the brand such as: Gold Wing, Ninja, Buell, CBR and so on. I am for having a Hayabusa MC and that the patch should reflect it.

I feel bad about the Canadian Gov't treating it's citizens in such an unfair manner. In the U.S. that would be an unconstitutional incident. Every country has its ups and downs. If we could have two types of patches, both approved by the consensus for distribution, then it should be done.

Let's go about officially forming the club! Sounds like a paramount idea. Contrary to my user i.d. I am a safe rider and would like to get together with other fans of my favourite bike to swap 'busa stories and exchange riding ideas, map out great tours, reccommend riding schools and so on.

OK, I'm going to put up a couple of designs for the patch on Friday. I'll post a URL for you.

The theme is a Hayabusa/Peregrine falcon in a very angry state of mind.

I went through many many photo studies of the peregrine family of falcons (there are a lot of variations on the species) and they all have one thing in common.

They've got pussy faces. Short little beaks and beneficent smiles.

So I decided to use an eagle's face and make it look insane. Beak open, tongue out, eyes red. Like it just found a raccoon threatening its babies in the nest.

Unfortunately, we can't post jpgs on .ORG like they can on Onelist. Please just look at the URL I give you and post your comments back on .ORG.

If you do more than that, I'll feel that my privacy isn't as good as it could be.

I'll read your comments and incorporate them into a re-design as best I can, then post the re-design ASAP.
