Badbus, no, no pix right now, but if you run into a problem I could steal my wife's digital and post something. You really don't need anything, though 'cause the mod is very easy.
The point of contact with the screen will be the dimmer switch on left and the shutoff switch on right. Pull the molding loose only on the bottom of screen.Decide what kind of curve you want to put into the bottom of the screen. You can make a gentle radiused curve from where the screen touches the fairing, then decrease the trim gradually in a more or less straight line, ending the trim before it starts the upward curve. That's what I did. Second option would be to do the radius, then come to the back in a straight line, taking out the existing upward curve as well. Whatever you decide, mark your trim with a marker before starting. Don't trim more than necessary, and if it takes two trims to get it right, no problem. When your switches clear the screen, put the trim back on with a little adhesive to hold it, and you are done.
As I said, you would never notice the mod unless you knew what to look for. By the way, if you get the Dremel, or the Sears clone, like mine, be sure to get the flex shaft model. Much easier to work with.
