help !!! Secondary injector ? throttle issues ?

Hi, I have a 2008 Busa with a bit of an issue !!
2008 hayabusa CANADA model

When you go 100% throttle in any gear it will only rev to 6500〜revs but if you back off the throttle by say 5-10% it will rev through to 11,000 rpm !!

have a very thin air-fuel cost
The Secondary injector is not working？

99ps in six-speed gear full throttle.

I had the same issue when I bought a 2008 model. The original owner never rode the bike hard enough for the secondary's to come on, so after 10 years they were gummed up. I simply removed them and cleaned them out with brake cleaner and compressed air.

I'd toss a bottle of injector cleaner in and take it for a ride in 1st gear. Not many places here where I can get the bike over 8000rpm in any other gear but second or first and even then I'm well over the national limit. I do it every other ride though, just to flush those secondaries out.

The injector was replaced.
The fuel pump is brand new.
The ECU has been replaced.
The TPS is brand new.
IAPS is brand new.
The vacuum hose is brand new.
I cleaned the throttle body.
