Help! Turn Signal Problem, Hi Beam Blinks Instead Of Turn Signal.

i am having the same issue with the lights, when i turn the key on the right blinker stays on and the head light doesnt turn on, but what i have found is that if i unplug the right starting connector the right blinker light stays off and the blinkers work the way they should. im thinking that the wiring on the handle control may wired different, so i bought a new one and its wired the same and does the same thing.
