i faxd an estimate on the 11th to his ins co. she didnt even ask me what happened, just if got hurt. ive called back like 6x, goes straight to v mail. yesterday i got a real person, still didnt hear back........
a friends brother is an atty, maybe i can just pay em a hundred to send a letter.

I can't stress it enough........ CALL THE F-ING LAWYER!!!!!!! It will probably be worth it.

well an adj. came out yesterday
im sure my estimate will get adjusted too.
oh well, easy $ for a few scratches..
im thinking its yoshimura time (it wasnt bad enough to get me a brocks)
