For those of you interested i got this email just a second ago from the guys who make the super charger.......
Hi Art,
A supercharger kit will be coming. There is a possibility that we might end up building a race kit for a customer in the very near future -- if this happens, I will end up designing a production, stealthy street version of the kit as well. At the moment, I am working on a GSXR1000 kit, but once that is wrapped up, the Busa will be next.
The hp gain will be determined by how large of a Rotrex unit I can fit behind the stock bodywork, so if I'm stuck using the C15-60, the most power it can put out is 240-250whp. If the larger C30 can be used, ~400whp can be supported, and for all out applications, the C38 can support nearly 700hp. Boost for boost, a turbo will make more power, but for rideability, tunability, and ease of installation, a supercharger is hard to beat. The cost of the base-level production kit will probably end up in the $4100-$4400 range, and as is the case with all production kits, a pre-order discount will be available to early adopters.
Keep an eye on my website for news and updates as they become available, and when I plan on going into production, I'll let you know.
