HOW FAR WOULD YOU GO?

How far are you going to go with your Busa during the time you own it (or it owns you)?

If you had a bottomless sackacash, what would you do to your bike right away?

I'd have a good machine shop like Leitner & Bush do the heads, and blueprint the motor throughout.

I'd wear fresh tires all the time and feel free to trash them as often as I want.

I'd put on a Mr. Turbo and not wear any decals to say it's there.

I'd do Ohlins front and rear.

All the carbon fibre poop I could find.

Akrapovic.

I'd let a great paint shop have at it, and anodize everything in sight.

Am I at $25,000 yet?

How about a Dodge Ram V-10 dually and a gooseneck trailer with Snap-On everything inside?

Am I at $100,000 yet?

How about...

Well, Ive put on a micron pipe, power commander2 and dymag magnesium wheels, second look seat cover and tank bra. I just ordered a suzuki hayabusa tank bag. My next upgrade is the ram single sided swing arm with olin rear shock

If I was stupid and I bought a girls motorcycle like the Busa first thing I would do is set up a rope in my closet.

If I did not have the balls to do this then I would get a get a bike that has a decent clutch and does stall on freeways for no apparant reason.

I would also sign up with triple A to save on tow charges.

Well i got the Dodge Ram V-10, now about bussa'- Id leave it stock. Just the way it is. Great Bike. This thing runs.

Los Angeles

GOod thing you got that truck now you have something to bring your busa to the shop in.

Make that truck a Chevy and you might make it home more often. go ask any good mechanic and he will tell you that Chrysler products are junk, they even make Fords look good.

You little pieces of snot.

Why do you need to pester people with your negativity?

Haven't you got anything positive going on that has a website that you could CONTRIBUTE TO?

I can't imagine going onto a Ferrari site just to tell the owners there what a stupid car they have.

You know, I have a suggestion for you...both of you. A place where your contributions would be appreciated.

Kong I wonder if triple A would charge him double for towing his truck with his bike in the back?

Dirty Pansie: Were you ever a member of Up With People? Something "posotive" have you ever read one of your posts?

Frank I bet you would want to run more than your bike up my ass. Unlike you I am not into that kind of stuff. Does your wife know about this?

I know who you are reffering to. Sounds like you know I am having fun too frank.

Sorry to hear about your deal with your first busa. Sounds like you found a pot at the end of the rainbow by getting the wreck for under 2grand though. Can you rebore that motor? I have heard that the walls are thin and then I ahve heard that you can go places with it. Is it like the old 1100 of yesteryear? I have to admit that suzuki has built good platforms in the past for dragging.

Jamie and Fitch...70 posts between them. The computer doesn't lie. It's them.

All the more reason not to get sucked in.

Adams. Is that what you think about all day and night? Packin' fudge?

Go play gay little man.

I once respected you.

All I did was ask you some questions you couldn't answer, and you freak.

Makin' weak excuses about crashing your bike a week after you got it.

Makin' weak excuses about not understanding ANYTHING about the physics and mechanics behind dragging.

And now you do the cyber equivalent of going postal.

What's your REAL excuse little man?

I suspect it's booze, Adams.

I think Budweiser is your excuse.

Is that why you crashed?

Is that why you can't even think or write straight?

Vegas take a look at the Penske shock as well , its about the same money and the shock length is adjustable. If you want that feature in an Ohlins you are looking at $1,250 as custom built unit. The Ohlin has a nice hydraulic preload feature. The Penske is a custom build anyway.

Don't over look a brake upgrade PFM, AP, or Nissins.

most definitely the single sided swingarm
screw magnesium, give me the carbon fiber wheels! all carbon fiber bodywork too
