How often for professional service??

Welcome to the ORG!! Not much else to add to what they have already said. Most of us seem to think it is a kin to rolling the dice to have a "professional" shop work on your bike. The first service was part of the purchase price on mine and they over filled the oil. Recalls are the only reason mine has seen the shop.

Yes there are some specialty tools needed but you can do all your work your self. Don't skimp on the torque wrench and feeler gauges.

Just go slow and you can cook book most of the maintenance. Might you have a buddy that will help with some of the operations you are not so sure about. Of course when in doubt search/ ask the ORG we love helping fellow riders.
