i grabbed a gel insert off of fleabay for about $35. The seller provided good instructions to walk me through it. I dont recall what the sellersname.

did my 04 seat with gel and put same fabric back to keep the look.. works well..

For all you cheap people like me, you can just make your own ballistic gel for under 10$ and trim it however you like.

^ grab an electric knife, box cutter, 3m spray adhesive, and a 9x13 gel insert off fleabay. The staples is the hardest part put if you can salvage the original or acess a upholster stapler you will be good to go. Very easy and cozy job.
