How to load a map

ok there is a little plug you have for a 9volt battery find it and a 9volt. take your pc3 out and take it in your house next to the computer run your start up disc it sould say install power commander make sure you do that. then when that is done, hook the provided cable up to your usb port and double click the little usb icon. it should show like a graph ok now with your cable plugged in plug it in the pc3 and with your little 9volt cord plug it in to your pc3. it should say at the bottom that reading map..ok on the side it says get map no it will come up with a box look through those for your app. if you had a custom one installed then make sure it is there. but other than that find the stock ones for your application if you have any questions call

Or.......Wait till the Wife is gone and roll the bike in the front door, over to the Rolltop and simply plug the bike into the computer and go from there...
It worked for me once...
Got away with it, nobody was the wiser...
However, the 2nd time was different...
She was out for a day at the Malls, and I thought I would do the same as before...
Was gonna install a map NJ sent...
About the time I was getting started with loading the new map I heard her car in the drive...
We have a circle drive, so she pulled right up to the front door...
I'm trapped, nowhere to go...
So I just looked as innocent as I could when she came in the door and said, hey, while your at the Mall, why not go get that Tennis Bracelet you have been wanting, why wait for your birthday, Just go get it...
After looking at me and the bike for a minute or so kinda pissed, she says okay, and out the door she went...
She got the bracelet...
And I always make sure she has her purse now when she leaves...
Not one word has been said about it since...
So all's well that ends well, I suppose...
I did figure out that it's cheaper to do it your way than mine though...
Oh yea, I'm still running the map from NJ...
I have tried 2 others since and neither was as good as NJ's...

first..you must fold with the existings seams when you first purchased your map.

Carefully follow the "fold" process until map is in orginal state.

Then..put it in the glovebox.

Woulda been cheaper. Friggin bracelet was just under 3K...
Much cheaper to work on the bike in the garage from now on...
