HOW TO REMOVE THE RESTRICTION ON A GEN 2 HAYABUSA

Some gen 2 Hayabusa is delivered with reduced horsepower (100 hp)
Does anyone know how to remove this restriction?

Welcome to the oRg.... I'd bet a PCIIIUSB and a custom map would do the trick! Or by installing a new ECU purchased from the states.

I'm sure the secondary flies prolly have ALOT to do with it. Pull them out and add a tre to give back the timing the ecu's pulling out, and you'd prolly be fine...just a guess tho....

Wow, 100HP. I am not sure I would want a Busa with only 100 HP. That would be like a color TV with only green colors. Something is wrong with those countries, do they think accidents only happen if you go over 120MPH?

If all bikes are limited to 100hp then with a busa all you'd have is a 600 size power output out of a 550 lb wet weight bike

Every 600/liter on the road would be killing you

In Norway you can choose between a full or reduced HP Busa, but the price is different, and the price of the insurance.
I just wondered where t the restriction was, but it probably is in the ECU.
