Hello, I'm looking for advice and instructions on how to replace my gauge cluster. I tried to replace it myself and the connection/jack fit perfectly) but it just doesn't work. I assume that maybe the order of the wires is different? Thanks allot!

You will need a service manual for your Gsxr, and one for the correct year Busa, which is on the site somewhere
(I will look and link it here if no one else does first).
Then go point to point through the wiring diagrams.
I have seen it done before, but am not sure what pins at the guage cluster or at the ecu that need moved, but there wasn't alot, 4 or 6, sorry, it's been a long time ago now, lol.

welcome to the org

Good luck with that job my friend…
As six pack said, you will need the wiring diagram for your Busa and also for the GSXR1000K3.
You’ll also need a very good comprehension of tracing wiring on diagrams and which wire does which task from the speed sensor and the tachometer thru the ECU to the cluster speedo gauge, rev counter, idiot lights etc.
