yeah, but that would require carrying around a bunch of extra stuff.
I just want to flip up the stainless hump and grill insert type of mini grill for a few dogs or a small steak.
I don't want to have to remove anything.

As for nearby plastics and grease spatter, just fold up a few pieces of foil and stick them in the hump. Then before you grill, throw them over the plastics.
