He does tend to lose his train of thought, but I think context would help explain what he was trying to convey. That 50 seconds was edited well to make him look even worse. I think he is a decent person and the better of the two choices in the last election. Trump was blamed for the pandemic and Biden is being blamed for the aftermath, but even though both could have handled it better, neither is guilty. Feels like partisanship is more important than using common sense to both of them though.
