I don't like this HayaBusa Review

It took him 14 minutes of complaining until he actually gave it the gas (well...not even that hard), then his sissy butt complained that it scared him too much and put it in C mode.

The only thing this video proved was that this guy is a wus!

The whole thing about massive engine braking. Sure if you're on the racetrack and have to downshift flinging onto a 2nd gear corner, you have the right and probably the obligation to speak to engine braking. This yahoo thinks that you simply don't shift gears until you approach redline. Even if that means cruising at 50 mph. In that case, don't shift out of 1st!!!

Unbelievable that no one has slapped him upside the head and said (or asked), "Hey, you know it's OK to up-shift when you get to your intended velocity, right?"

I'm still aghast that someone knowing his ability let him ride that thing.

Dude is extremely GREEN on experience. Yeah he needs to say right where he is on that 600, a 750 is a stretch for that guy. I like the other review and the first thing he said was a NO BRAINER....the Hayabusa is not for beginners or green wusses. In all the reviews I read, they all said that you forget it's a big bike because it's so nimble. I'm patiently waiting to run into this guy to give him my 2 cents. He sucks...I've seen some other vids and reviews....he limited riding experience.

I thought he was great. There's nothing more that speaks to power-hungry bikers more than some dope consistently saying a motorcycle is too fast and scary. Especially when it makes him so nervous he can't get over 35 mph on it. I think we should actually get this guy on something with a turbo and see if he actually wears brown pants for a day. (videoed, of course...) hee hee.

I'm only about 7 minutes in, can tell I won't watch it all...

Couple of things to note for all sides -

1) Can't hop on any bike and expect to be super comfy with it, at least I wouldn't expect that...
2) He shouldn't bash the hell out of it knowing that, but what do you expect from a guy that says he's getting ready to ride the GSXR1300 :hide:

This is coming from a gal that's only ever ridden her own Busa and no other sport bike, so I wouldn't ever assume I'd hop on any other bike and feel great. I'm so used to my Busa for a reason. :duh:

I stopped after 7 minutes as well. He kept saying the same things over and over. It's like all he's ridden is the motorcycle equivalent of Civics and Corollas, and someone hands him a Zonda. "Ooh, I'm laying down instead of sitting upright, there's so many things too look at on the dash." It's a performance machine, it's built for that and not to massage your arms when they get tired. If this joker used a Yamaha 600 for a commuter, he shouldn't be reviewing bikes. This guy is the James May of James May's.
