I dumped my busa last night:(

Ouch...Must have been sad to see your Busa go down...at least it still rides fine.

The damages to the bike don't look that bad though...the colour of your paint helps to disguise it. Way better than my brother's '87 Gixxer, with half the fairing missing, white side mirrors(mismatched..it's a red and black bike) and little spikes of what's left of the orange widscreen. Fairings for that bike cost around the same as a Busa's plastics...being an old model and all that.

Anyway...Important thing is that you're fine.

Looks like some deep abrasions bro.

Hate it for you man, but in my opinion the damage doesn't look bad at all for a 70 mph crash. I'd consider myself very lucky.

seems like 90% of the crash stories I hear, start with " I was doing this wheelie........" 2 wheels is fine with me. sj

ok, I'll be the grumpy old #####....12 o'clock wheely on the street....slid through an intersection....you and your type are the reason insurance companies get so much money for sportbike insurance...and why responsible riders get the snake eye from LEO and the non-riding public. You are the definition of an irresponsible rider....I'm glad you didn't die....cause that was surely one of the options you had lined up....you must have some skills to stunt a "busa...but you have terrible judgement, IMHO.

Let's see....

No frame sliders, not wearing the right gear, stunting in traffic, trying to impress the bystanders etc.

I have to call Squid on this one...

What I want to know is how you came up with 11,000 a year for full coverage?

yeah thanks. to be honest too, it hurts more in my pocket then it would if i didnt even do it and get the "boooooo" from the people

Wow, I only pay 500 a year full coverage.

I think there's about a 100 people here telling you to stop riding...

Will you do it? We'll see....
