i get a whooble when i throttle. professinals???

Had the same thing happen to me with a new shinko rear tire, replaced the rear tire(for the 2nd time!!!) and it rode nice and smooth.

I think everyone is missing the point here. He says when he throttles up and the front wheel comes up he gets a tank slapper. That indicated it is happening from the rear, not the front.

Wheel bearings, low front tire, etc. will not make that happen. You have something warped or out of shape in the rear, I am telling you.
the bike has never been crashed. it was dropped on another bike once. that is all. i know the guy i got it from. it cant be in the rear.

thats why i figured it was a not alligned rear wheel... but could be many things, in the rear
read below

could be a mountain of things to cause the problem. Have a pro check your bike over from top to bottom. Check alignments, check bearings, etc
ill try to check the bearings. its the weirdest thing. i just got back from playing around on it. i had no problem with wobble unless i hit it as hard as i could. its got to be in the front end. im really thinking shock rebuild. maybe its from wheelying cause i love to ride single. the guy i got it from raced it a little...

Bringing it down hard can cause you to damage the front forks. The only thing in the rear I could think of would be if the chain adjusters are not equally adjusted, but this sounds like a front end issue to me.

am running shinkos front and rear. i dont think its the tires. whats the chances on a screwed up front fork? im hearing all this rear end and tire talk but i really dont think it could be the prob. i think ill maybe try to rebuild the forks.
