HE ACTUALLY SAID THAT I PASSED!!!!!
I thought I sucked sooooo bad!!! This is what I'm doing right now because of how stressed I've been.
My scenario:
I started flying last June. I had a really boring instructor who didn't seem enthusiastic to fly at all and would cancel a flight if there were two or three clouds in the sky (exaggeration but you get it) plus she and I went on vacations right after the other one would get back so this wasn't going anywhere. Got a new instructor and he would leave me to fill up the plane by myself and push it back to parking and every flight would be just get in the plane, fly and go home. No ground instruction or "this is what I want you to study", "this is how this works" NOTHING! So I went to ground school, and right around the time I finished I decided to take a break to concentrate on my officer exam and submit my officer package. This was right before I decided to get out of the Navy. Well, the hubby gets a job opportunity in Jacksonville at his unit, I didn't want to go back to a ship and I wanted to finish flying, so I got out to to take a break and study for my officer exam and come back in active duty. After 3 months of not flying, I roll right into it with ANOTHER instructor who just got picked up for the airlines and just left the Aero Club today. I was his last student. Taught me a little bit more but really didn't fill me on everything that I should know to be prepared for my oral and check ride. I've been living with some friends for the last month and a half away from my husband when we were suppose to settle down in our new home and finally live together, enjoy life together which we haven't been able to do in the last 2 years because he's been in flight school for the Army and I was getting my degree. We've had a weekend marriage for 2 years and so, this experience hasn't been that great for me. BUT!! I GOT MY LICENSE AND I'M DRINKING AND HAPPY!!!!!!!!
