Man i`m 6 and 215 and was 275. at 215 i feel like i lost half of my weight... feels very good.
Loosing weight is hard. Start with diet first. appetite supressors works good for me... With diet change you will start loosing weight fast, monitor it every morning.
at some point that process slows down.... start working out not before you are too big now to enjot it.
My goal is 185... I know i will be there in 4 month.
hell i started eating 6 small good meals a day and lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks, chicken,tuna,greens, eating smaller good amounts of food get and keep that metabolism burning all day long. now with that said i gained all my weight back after my wreck so i got to start over. its fun loosing the extra it feels gooood .
