Now I'm tracking...I looked it up and it weighs 448lbs (wet) and this one made 183hp (tuned). So much for the general rumor all the liter bikes are making 200rwhp...
This one made 171 and 183 tuned…

The average person doesn't use race gas though...
There was talk around the water cooler that liter bikes are making 200rwhp...which isn't the case it seems.

Oh weird I've only heard hp not whp. Is it racers saying it or just general public?
General public mostly...I do believe they were mistaking engine hp with rwhp though..
They can and do make over 200whp but that’s with most of the little tricks/tips, FBO, etc and not a stock bike. People that don’t understand that think it’s “stock” making 200+. In reality they have many thousands of dollars in mods to make it happen. Almost all the hardcore guys are running carbon wheels as well.

It's the color I associate with Yamaha...that and the black and yellow Kenny Roberts replica...
Mine was red and white with some blue. It was same as the yellow one and a Kenny Roberts signature edition. Had some good times on that bike as a teen.
I had an '87 FZR1000 that was blue, red and white similar to your RZ...
I only had it for a little while but I always liked the color.
My RD400F Daytona was white and red (it had the red stripe down the middle of it) I loved that bike as well...
I rode a 250 TZR which was red and white too....
Years ago I almost bought an FZ1 only because it was red and white...
