I need help with clutches!

NO,
All it does is make the Busa like EVERY other bike has ben built every since the existance of bikes.
The Stock "lockup" was designed so if you came into corners too hot and came off the clutch, there would be a little leeway for error.
Doubt it will ever even be noticed.
