I would say that it's a good deal, though I would want to paint the frame and swingarm black and have the wheels recoated black. I had a 954 and loved everything about that bike. If it weren't for the judge, I would still have it. Plus, the 954 bodywork is a direct bolt on if you want a more updated look. So is the 1000RR front end if you want radial brakes. The bike is a very solid bike and should have no problem getting another 30K on it with general maintence.
That's what I was thinking, park the busa for a bit, ride the **** out of the 929! Hows the bike Justin?

Well, i've decided to go the mainstream busa way and I lowered it and removed all the roadracing stuff in favor of the slammed and drag race look. I think the bike looks badass. You should buy this 929 though. Micron serpent exhaust systems make the most power for it also...... You can get into the low 150hp with some choice upgrades and a good tune. Plus, 2nd gear power wheelies aren't too dificult.
