I don't understand why everyone here is picking on the poor guy and telling him to take it to the track. I'm sure none of you have ever broken a law on your bike that does 186mph stock. Come on guys. Sure riding fast can get you in some trouble really quick, but isn't that the reason we all bought these bikes in the first place? I know some of us (not me) keep the speed on the track, but most use them on the streets. I just don't understand "keep it on the track".
I do drag race my bike at the track but i like to get out on the interstate and stretch her legs aswell, and as mentioned They DO NOT ALLOW bike vs car races. I like racing them at their (how do i put it) sweet spot i geuss and beating them. Its only the second time i have done it in 4 yrs of owning the bike. I know its not right to do but sometimes the urge is just too strong. If it makes any sense we do it as safe as possible. Im geared up and there is ample room on the road
I agree with you, if there is no other traffic anywhere around, race the hell out of your bike. Knocking off Corvettes etc is a lot of fun! Just don't crash as you have no ambulance on stand by........

vigor...been there myself...couple of years ago a Porsche and I were side by side on Mt St Helena...we both jumped on it from about 40mph. I could've taken him easy...but we were already lit up at 100mph and a hard left turn coming up at light speed that is posted at 25mph. I backed off hard and hit the brakes hard...barely made it through the turn at about 40...he skidded through the turn and was gone...I was all over my psyche like white on rice...you stupid mutha...he barely made it and so did I. I was thinking that if I had really unleashed her..frankly, I don't think I would have made the corner...would have beat him and died for it...If you saw the corner you'd understand it was death on a stick...all of us do it...all of us are liars if we say we don't...but we want the young grasshoppers to get to be old grasshoppers...and be very selective ...and even then shizzle can rain down on you like you can never believe. Be ready to accept the consequences if something goes wrong...I worry more about someone else getting hurt then myself.
Ya you have to be carefull and i willing to accept the the consequences if something were to happe. if i get hurt its noone's problem but my own and i dont expect anybody to feel sorry for me
