I don't! Then if somebody wants to take over the plane his weapon is already on board. Being 6'2" 250+ lbs I would find it childsplay to get the gun from an untrained 5'10" 185lb 20 year pilot! Before casting your ballot you may want to re-think it

i know all the safeguard proposals will follow but I will pre-empt them by saying that you can't remove the people factor from the equasion which means there will always be a way. Just like now ... Does anybody really believe all this knee-jerk airport security is doing anything constructive? its a joke and a very expensive unfunny one at that!

as a pilot and also a licensed to carry individual...the announcement is funny but how does a 357 dissarm the timmer?...got to think about that one and my dad had a kimber 45 and that baby had just a great feel and trigger pull....now my mother has it...and i want it.....loved that gun
