anyone have the Mapsource City Select software

I tried bittorrent, this board and many other boards. I only found one person who had it, and when they sent it to me I had to "activate" it like you would Windows XP, which erquired me to call Garmin, which I didn't want to do for fear of getting the original owner in trouble
