Then its doubtful it’s a Hayabusa.
Must have a gen 1, and thinks the fast idle lever is a choke for the carbs. A lot of people assume they have carbs because of that.

Remember the throttle knobs on old cars and trucks that were on the dashboards? Early cruise control!
I’m barely 34.... but my dads 70 nova has one.
