Bought my 1st generation Hayabusa over 2 decades ago *

It was 20 years ago today, Sgt. Pepper taught the band to play….

I would have been in my mid 30’s. Raising two kids. Scraping for every dollar. I looked at a ‘Busa, but the insurance was as much as the loan payment. I saw one on the dyno at MMI, it was everything they said.

And look at me now. Life is good.

Next year the Busa will be 25. I came (that) close to buying a 99 but didn’t. Then in 03 I came very close to buying an LE but didn’t. Then in early 06 I saw the last Gen 1 LE and I couldn’t let it pass me by again. If Suzuki had done something like this, I might’ve been tempted again.

.......I'm surprised Suzuki was so blind as to not make THIS the LE instead of the orange one....

And it should have come with Yosh pipes from the mother ship....

I think Suzuki must of been HIGH when they came out with the B King. In a few years my B King will be 20 years old and I still get that what the hell is that LOL.

I liked the BKIng other than the exhaust.......originally it was supposed to be supercharged....now that would have been something.....

If I would have found a decent one before I got my current bike, I would have had one instead.

Supercharged B-king Build | Super Chargers

So we received a phone call from a local guy a little while back with an "unusual request" as he put it. He wanted us to install a supercharger on his BKing. Well we couldn't say yes fast enough to that one! As the project is nearing completion, we figured we would post a build thread on this...
