I'm getting sick of pulled over

All nite long I cruise at 70mph. Just when I crack the throttle so I can bring my weiry body back home I get pulled over.

I'm sick of this. I'm seriously thinking about selling the bike. Maybe it's the color? Red/black = honey to cops. Fk I be like cruise at 65 and a cruiser would tail me for two freeways waiting for me to speed. They prolly know these gixxer mirrors are useless and I can't see #### behind me.

Well slow down how? If I flinch I'm doing 90. The bike's gotta go. Problem is now I owe more than its worth. SHould I part it out?

If U R getting that many tickets, U should have gotten a Valentine or some other radar/laser detector. But I would keep the bike, just ride fast only in deserted/nonhighway spots.

doughnuts are not legal but cops eat them anyway...so why not a radar detector

Who cares if they're not? Illegal immigrants aren't legal either!!
 
Do a throttle mod. Reduce the cam on the throttle so that when you turn it half its only really gonna be 1/4.

Or ride in lower gears higher rpm and lose your MPG. Sorry all I got.

I say - wear the cops out. Do 63mph forever and never speed. Make them get tired of chasing you. Put on a governor like mentioned above and just enjoy being out in the air everyday. There's more to riding than speed - right?
 
Hey man i had the same problem a few years ago. It seemed that no matter how law abiding i was all day as soon as i crack it one time or goof around alittle a smoky would be right there out of thin air. It wasn't because i was aware of my surroundings, i swear they feel outta thin air. Example: I was riding and lifted the front alittle and out of the curve down the road pops a Sherriff. Example 2: Riding on the highway to northern Va on Rt29 north and after 65miles of the speed limit there came along straight. Well i was gonna just run her up to 85 and go right back down but as soon as i start there comes not one, but a whole caravan of state boys onto 29 behind me.(Atleast 10 state cop cars) I get back down to legal speed and managed to save my ass but was like "What else". This is just 2 examples out of many that happened. This fate went on for a good 6 months but passed eventually. I managed to get through without too many infractions and my license intact.



This will pass, trust me.

Next time they get behind you slow down to 10 under the limit ride for 1 mile goos to 5 over ride for half mile then 10 under again they will know you are messing with them and leave you alone . or better yet slow down to 5 under and sit up and cruise then wave at him we he goes by.. or for fun go 10 under for 2 miles then hit brake a couple times then when you know he is aggrevated drop 2 gears and stand on it let him earn the catch ( wouldnt advise unless you dont need a license any more but it would be fun))
But seriuosly you would not beleave how many do this just so they can check out your ride its called envy
 
you could always wait til they get tired of following you and turn around and follow them for awhile,show em how it feels lol
 
So whether it's a Busa or a Ninja or any other bike, you'll still have the ability to go over 90mph, won't you?

Radar detectors are useless unless there's other traffic on the road... at least one other car.

God I hope so man, All peace quiet for a year and all of sudden I'm a cop magnet.

You took the word right out of my mouth. They seem to come out of thin air. All day and night long I scan for cops and I see nothing cept the one time when I stretch her legs open a bit near my house.

Definitely a time for a radar detector.
 
Im glad I dont have those problem here in medford, we have several long stretches of road with no speed limits so I always have an outlet for the speed itch

radar detector did not work for me was going 96 was the only one on the road. when cops use lazer and ther is no one in front of you getting checked so you detector can pick it up it is worthless. i want a prover to work jammer.

You can always downsize to a moped!!
Dont need the helmet either,could donate that to creekboy...
This way at least he'd get one legit!!!

As you know i'm not living in States , so sorry for my bad knowledge , is there any State with no speed rules ? In Europe many countries haven't got any limit especially on highways ...
