just dont be a ****bag and not listen to ur ncos like most officers just take ur time and advice from one nco to an officer listen before u order

Congratulations soldier and dont forget that what you teach your soldiers will stay with them forever. I have seen this first had being a NCO myself. Train them well and they will lead even better.

Thanks, this has been by far the most important and reoccuring message I have been told. Mouth closed with my eyes and ears open. I want to know who my soldiers are as individuals before I attempt to lead them into battle.
