You have a great rate due to that. Having the house really helps.. I pay $398 a year without a house, but multiple vehicals and other policies. Theyy told me if I could switch my house with them it would drop the rate another 17% for my all my policies.

most of the busa guys told me that the average rate around here is $1400.00, so at less than $600.00 im not complaining...

I thought State Farm was no longer writing homeowners policies in the state of Florida?
