I read this in a good article reguarding the supreme court and judicial review entitled A Jurisprudence of Original Intention.

It does sound interesting. I will have to Google the article and do some reading. Any ideas where it can easily be found?
 
The only place I know of is in the book Points of View which a book of articles that debate one another on many gov't issues.
