Barely a week into his administration and Barack Obama is already looking to leave a legacy of debt to future generations. The Pelosi-Reid-Obama Spending Plan has quite the price tag on it. $10,520 to be exact. That is the amount of debt placed on each U.S. family to support the $825 billion spending/debt plan.

All that was cut from the bill, no money is being spent on those items. But even if they had not been cut people would have needed to be hired to implement that spending, right?

uh huh, and I could hire someone to watch me hire someone...

give me my tax dollars back, let ME figure out how to spend into the economy in a way that benefits me..

no instead they will impose an $11G debt on my legacy and hand it over to some senseless person unwilling to find and hold a genuine job..

This really is most disconcerting... we have a group of people spending a mindless amount of money on things they know nothing about and allowing people without any moral highground to over see it... :puke:

I agree with you here, give me my tax money back and i'll stimulate the economy.

Government employees in the form of over site committees and regulatory boards. Very few actual jobs but yes, a token amount. (remember, no white skilled labor)

This is just more of the same Government spending as most of these programs will take effect in 2010 (congressional elections) and 2012. (presidential elections)

This was proposed by the Republican side but Pelosi and Reid said "no discussions". Remember that the next time they say "bi-partisan".

10% immediate reduction in Capital Gains tax on business (would of shot the stock market up big time as has in the past) AND a 10% income tax AND Social Security reduction to working families for 2009.

Not even discussed by the Liberals.

You can't make this stuff up. It's all over the net.
