No but seriously speaking since your saying basically that I was out of control I invite you to ride at the gap with me coming up here for the fall bash, I think you will find most of what you said pretty ridiculous.

I didn't say the rider was out of control. What I said was it doesn't matter how controlled you are, if you're riding fast enough to drag a knee, or even appearing to be riding that fast, you're just making yourself that much more vulnerable to cagers who prioritize their driving below cell phoning, texting, eating, etc.

I can drag a knee in a parking lot at 20mph, which btw is 10 under the posted at the gap. Appearing to ride quickly and riding past your ability are two completely different things. Like I said my invite stands, I have a feeling you'll be changing your mind. The only way to avoid the accident your talking about is to completely stay off the street all together. I have lost friends that were doing nothing wrong and got hit, hell my closest call on a motorcycle was sitting at a stop sign watching helplessly as a f250 almost hit me head on. There is no fix all for bad driving, its a chance we all take.

Talking about low speeds. Here's a pic at 38mph. As far as I know the speed limit on this road is 55mph.
