I'm glad I'm not the only one...I could be miles down the road, then I'm reaching back and making sure the hump is still there LOL

Same thing happened to me. Only mine fell coming off the stand, had the hunp loose because I got some plexus out of the trunk. It went skidding across the pavement scratched it up kinda bad{not as bad as yours though} it hurts when that happens to your baby.
I ordered parts from VMAN at mr cycles . Got a new one it was going to be about $100 to paint and $130 for a new one. No brainer. Parts came in yesterday ordered them Thursday.

I honestly have no clue. I came out of class and took my helmet and gloves out, snapped it back down, and I felt it click like it locked into place. I even HEARD it. Then going down the road under some heavy acceleration it was just GONE.

It really isn't too bad. No cracks at all. The only thing that concerns me is on the front bottom corners the friction actually slightly melted the plastic. I am gonna take it to a friend of the family that does paint work and see what he thinks. If its ridiculous cost wise I will just get a new one.

Thanks to everyone for the sympathy. I am still kinda bummed but I will get her back to shape. I can't have my Busa runnin round without the hump its just not right.
