Just got my new 03 Busa this week and I can't quit grinning.  One thing I haven't figured out--what are the 4 little posts for that stick out the sides by the passenger seat (2 each side)?

Thanks for the welcomes! I'm sure the grinning will continue for a long time. Those tie down posts look like they would make a nice set-up for a clip-on travel trunk or something.

My last bike was an FJ1200 and even though its break-in time, I can still feel more torque with the Busa. I'm in 'remove ugly sticker' phase right now--boy was that tank sticker a pain! I think the first mods will be a double bubble and I really want to put clear lenses on the front--gotta wait for wallet to recover, though.

33,000 miles later I still can't get rid of the grin for at least 1/2
an hour after I ride it. And thats if I ride to work!
