Thats awesome! I wish I had did something like that. Don't get me wrong I love me 08 but im in it for $11625 I would feel a lot better about things if I only had what you spent invested in it.

Thanks all. I'm pretty well versed to riding two up but just with girls more comfortable with riding, but as of a hour ago she is talking about a trip on the bike so I think I'll be ok!!

It was a salvaged title but I also got to see the accident report. It was totalled due to the plastics and fairing stay. Stay is now new and the plastics are good enuf for now (someday I'll want her shiny).

nice ride. You beat me price wise,I thought I got a good deal 04 w/7000mi. wrecked for 4700$,1000$ to fix it.Good luck and have fun.Mabey she will get her own bike and you can still get the solo seat cowl

Well it's happened. took her on a good slow ride and built up to speeding and cornering. She went out and signed up for the beginners motorcycle course.....it's good news and bad.....gonna have to buy another bike! lol

Funny thing is I knew NOTHING about bikes at the begining of 2004.
My GF got a 2002 Katana 600 and took me for a ride. At first I was scared,
but then it grew on me and I got the bug BAD!. She taught me herself,
then signed me up for an MSF class. 3 months later we got the Busa.
5K miles mint for 7600$ on Ebay. Glad you got into the Busa World
